Selling a Residential Property?
Thinking of selling? Before your agent can start marketing, a Contract for Sale needs to be in place - it’s the law. And that’s where we come in.
We handle the legal side of your sale from start to finish, so everything runs smoothly and on time.
Here’s what we take care of:
Collecting your instructions and confirming all parties involved
Ordering required documents like zoning certificates and sewer diagrams
Running title searches and preparing the contract
Sending the draft contract to you and your agent so marketing can begin
Organising contract exchange and working with the buyer’s conveyancer
Sorting out discharge of mortgage, transfer paperwork, and settlement details
Finalising settlement and updating the land title
Keeping you informed every step of the way
We’ll guide you through the whole process with clear advice, local know-how, and easy-to-understand language - so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.

Buying Your First Home?
Let’s make it as simple as possible for you.
Buying your first place can feel big - and yes, there’s a bit to wrap your head around. But don’t stress - we’re here to make it easy to understand and guide you through every step.
To qualify as a first home buyer in NSW, you’ll need to meet a few conditions:
You (or your partner) haven’t owned property in Australia before - with some exceptions
You’ll need to move into the property within 12 months
And live there for at least six continuous months
You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and at least 18 years old
If you’re applying for grants or exemptions through Revenue NSW, you’ll need to verify your ID.
This can be done at:
A local Justice of the Peace (free), or
Any Australia Post location (small cost involved)
Not sure where to begin? Reach out for a chat and we can talk you through it all, check your eligibility, and make sure no steps get missed.
