Expert Conveyancing.
Made Simple.
Welcome.
Hello, I’m Rebekah McMillan - local conveyancer and founder of Dubbo Conveyancing.
I’ve been working in property conveyancing for over 10 years, helping clients across Dubbo and regional NSW buy, sell, and transfer property with confidence. I hold qualifications in Conveyancing Law & Practice from Macquarie University, a Conveyancing Course through the Law Society, a Diploma in Business (Finance), and a Certificate III in Legal Administration - all of which help me bring clarity and confidence to what can often feel like a complex process.
At Dubbo Conveyancing, we combine local insight with modern systems to deliver a down to earth and professional, streamlined service. We use PEXA for secure electronic settlements and offer fixed, affordable fees with no hidden costs.
Whether you're buying your first home, selling rural land, or transferring a family property - we’re here to guide you through it with clear communication, straightforward advice, and genuine care.
Let’s make your next move as smooth and stress-free as it should be.

Thinking about selling?
It’s not just about finding a buyer - there’s paperwork, legal requirements, and timing to get right. Did you know your agent can’t even start marketing until the Contract for Sale is ready? We’ll get everything ready and guide you from listing to settlement – with clear advice and local know-how.
Thinking of making an offer?
Before you sign anything, let us take a look.
We can review the contract before you sign or make an offer, in order to highlight any risks or issues for FREE! We’ll flag any risks, break down the fine print in easy to understand terms, and guide you through every step – from offer to ownership.
Buying your first home?
We’re here to help make the process smoother, clearer, and less overwhelming.
If you (or your spouse) haven’t owned property in Australia before, you could be eligible for first home buyer benefits - and we’ll guide you through what that means.

Modern Conveyancing.
We’re a fully licensed team (through NSW Fair Trading), members of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, and covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance - so you can feel confident you’re in safe hands.
I’m proud of how we stay ahead when it comes to technology too. We use PEXA for electronic settlements, which means faster, more secure transactions for our clients. We’re a PEXA member and Electronic Conveyancing Accredited - and that matters when you want things done right.

What Does a Conveyancer Do?
We take care of the legal work behind buying, selling, or transferring property - contracts, title checks, lodgements, and all the nitty-gritty paperwork that keeps things moving smoothly.
But it’s not just paperwork. We’re here to give you advice, flag any risks, and help you make confident decisions. The earlier you come to us, the more we can do to protect you - from contract review right through to settlement. We’re proud to sponsor the Central West Black Trackers – an inspiring local team that represents strength, connection, and culture. It’s more than just a logo on a uniform – it’s about standing behind something bigger than ourselves.
As a regional business, we know we’re lucky to live and work in such a vibrant community. That’s why giving back is important to us - especially when it comes to supporting Indigenous initiatives, local sport, and mental and physical wellbeing in the Central West.
Whether it’s helping locals through the ins and outs of property or cheering from the sidelines, we’re here for the long haul.
Because when our community thrives, we all do.
